Body Awareness is a beautiful yoga and fitness studio that has become a home for healing the Body Mind & Spirit for hundreds of members, as well as, a way of life for new members signing up for a Total Fitness exercise program.  We specialize in one-hour classes, where members can cross-train, lose weight, practice yoga and Pilates, and enjoy fun and exciting classes such as zumba, kickboxing, aerobics, deep-toning, weights and exciting hula hoop classes.

Our newest fitness craze is Combination Fat Burners – like country line dance – aerobics; which can burn up to 700 calories during each class.  We also have 10 different types of core props that enhance your head-to-toe workout, which will help you lose weight while you sculpt, firm, tone and reshape your body.

Body Awareness’s Yoga classes provide a safe, non-competitive, beautiful, peaceful atmosphere, where students are able to grow in Body Mind & Spirit.  We specialize in many forms of yoga, including Hatha, Vinyasa, Restorative, Yin and Hot yoga.  You will learn yoga philosophy, deep breathing techniques and meditation.  You will learn yoga philosophy.
